5. WhatsApp messaging

We send promotional or marketing messages on WhatsApp only to recipients who have opted in to receive them. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us.

6. Automated and AI-assisted replies

To answer common questions quickly, some replies may be generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. AI-generated replies may be reviewed by, or handed over to, a human agent at any point. To produce these replies we may process the content of your messages through trusted third-party AI providers. We do not use your messages to train public, third-party AI models.

  • Meta Platforms, for the delivery of WhatsApp messages.
  • Technology and AI service providers that help us operate the service, bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers used to run our platform.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as required by applicable law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
